Bookseat

Yay!!

It has arrived... My Book Seat.... Lightweight... Adjustable... Currently has the ipad sat on it... Can use it lying down, sittingup.. Holds pages in place so no more cold or cramping hands.at night ...handy little plastic bit so when i turn the page it can be held in place with a handy little pocket to hold a bar of chocolate on the back...

Ok in reality its a triangluar red fake suede bean bag with a toggle and a bit of plastic attched... But its bloody excellent...

Going to make it a quilted coverlet... Then dismember it, create a pattern and make my own...

Best bit? saved myself $20 buying it from a disability aid centre online rather than a posh bookstore...

Bloody brilliant invention... And guess what? Its australian!!!!

Good idea. One can never have enough bookseats.

Do you take orders for quilted toilet-roll holders?

I could crochet you one. I've just finished a bunch of baby hats that look like boobs. One of those on your TP would look just fine.

I'd look a right tit wearing one of those . . . do they come in XXL?

Yes. Yes they do.

I made one of those for my new baby granddaughter. My son thinks it's hilarious, but his wife isn't so sure. Mind you, my son also dressed his 2 week old son in a t-shirt that said "Hung like a 5 year old". He gets the humour.

My wife gave me one of those for Xmas. I tried to see the funny side.

Just read erad my post and what I meant to say was dismember it to make a quilted cover for it myself...

Not what I wrote... I think... Though strong analgesia does this to me.
