Bring them! If you do a search through on "books" you'll find that books here are generally more expensive, and a lot of people who have got rid of theirs have regretted it.

Re: Books

I never get rid of books (Unless theyare bought as junk reads or I find one in Hardback or in better condition)

Just sourcing some again can be a trial let alone the price.

I'm working on a website just now where people can sell/buy books :D

Cheaper than e-bay for selling, cos it will be free (for a while anyway) ;)

Very good idea Wendy :D...let us knoow when it's up and running ;)
When I'm not moderating I read 'Clive Cussler' books, I've got all 19 in the 'Dirk Pitt' series and only 2 of them left to read. Then I'll start on his 'Kurt Austin' series, then his 'Oregon Files'....I'm madly in love with Dirk Pitt
Most I get from K Mart for $11.66 or I go to second hand book stores for the ones I can't get new :)

I'm a huge James Patterson fan. I've read all the Alex Cross ones, and have nearly done all his WOmens Murder Club ones.

I also like Mark Billingham.

all my books are "the classics" things like black penguin classics, and orange penguin clasics, I am bringing my Terry Pratchetts becasue I love him.... I also have loads of nursing text books... I have some that I want to keep... but not many!

Have given my chick lit to my sister already...

I don't expect anyone wants voltaire, shakespeare, lawrence, de maurier, barstow etc do they?

I made good money and sold alot of mine, (the ones I genuinely wanted to part with) but they were mint, and many were of use and interest to many, not just airport trash.
