Gotta feel admiration for the call centre bloke not giving him verbal abuse back. Wonder if he forwarded the tape on to the police in Croydon with his licence number. I suspect they would be looking out very carefully for that man now....

No such thing as the "DMV" in Victoria. The relevant department is called "VicRoads" (caller actually says "Vic Roads" at ~1.17).
It's hard to believe that this is real. Call centre staff would be unlikely to permit a call of this nature to progress after the initial outburst. And how did it get into the public domain? Recordings are held by supervisors and managers, not phone jockeys.
