BL is the only "reality"/competition type programme I can watch because it does at least have a positive effect on almost all contestants, and it is great watching them reaping the benefits of all their pain!
I think it would be nice if, at the start of the next series, they went back and did a 10-15 minute segment on the top 4 to see where they are now, how they have managed to keep the weight off and the training up. |
