Best Sci-Fi Baddies
The Borg are the best baddies EVER. I have a lady crush on Seven of Nine and Alice Krige's Borg queen gives me goosebumps
Who would you hate to bump into down a dark alley, or during a jump to hyperspace?

I've gone for the Borg as well. Classic 'bad guys'.

Cervalan from Blakes 7- there was a baddie who was very sexy according to lots of blokes.
The weeping angels from Doctor Who scare the c**p out of my daughter, even at 16!!!!
The alien from Alien wasn't nice- made me jump out of my skin when I watched it.

I voted "other" but i suppose Davros was a dalek...technically.... Of sorts... But the daleks were fluffy bunnies in comparrison to him....
Not science fiction... But the child catcher in chitty chitty bang bang really did it for me as far as baddies go.....

He was very scary. The other one who frightened me in the early Doctor Whos was The Master. He was terrifying, the latest one is just cute.
