Best Oz credit card for collecting points

Hi all,

I was just wondering if anyone has advice on which credit card might be a good one to get in terms of giving you points / airmiles. There seems to be zillions of them out there.

Advice / opinions much appreciated.

I have a Citibank platinum visa - 1 mile/$ with no limit. Fortunately I got one with no annual fee - this is no longer the case. I do pay an annual $19 Qantas FF fee though.

American Express. Reward points can be translated into many different FF programs such as Singapore, Virgin, Qantas etc. I keep my points on my card and then transfer them just as I am about to book a reward flight or alternatively an offer comes up such as an additional 25% points on transfer which Virgin Atlantic just did which got me to London this week.
