Bernard Tomic Hoon or Hero?

Bernard Tomic Hoon or Hero?
So young Master Tomic managed to get himself pulled over by Gold Coast police three times in as many hours yesterday while hooning around the Broadbeach restaurant strip. The two tickets he received are enough to relive him of his P plates.
Is he a spoiled little rich kid pushing his luck & the conditions of his "special licence" or is he a true blue Aussie hero out celebrating Australia day?

precocious twat!
What is it with Aussie tennis players having real attitude problems?
The only exception was Pat Rafter, who was an absolute gent and all-round nice guy

Does anybody else get a 'special licence' just because they are famous?

Maybe he was hoping to go through the windscreen to improve his looks.

Hoon.
As for Leyton Hewitt, how obnoxiously arrogant can one person be. If I were a reporter I wouldn't bother turning up to his press conferences.

Lleyton Hewitt is the most obnoxious twat I have ever seen. Seems like Tomic is going down the same road.

I don't think Hewitt is as bad as he used to be, but in his day he was the worst behaved player on the circuit in my opinion.

Little turd....and I notice he kept looking up at his own image at his press conference and smiling....he's not doing himself any favours that's for sure.

Having the wealth appears to mean you can buy exemption to the road rules. After reading the exemptions I can't see how he possibly qualifies for exemption. He's not going to suffer financial hardship he certainly has the means to buy a smaller legal vehicle. He's allowed to drive his V8 to & from training as part of the restricted licence yet chooses to hoon around at his own leisure with complete disregard to the law. Given that he has a history of failing to comply will he get his "special exemption" revoked? Highly unlikely, you can be caught red handed on the Gold coast with a couple of stolen laptops & The charges can be withdrawn after "completion of a justice mediation process with the complainants"
2. Personal circumstances and severe hardship
You may apply for a certificate of exemption if you meet the following three criteria (as outlined in A, B and C) below:
A. You need to drive a high-powered (performance) vehicle in at least one of the following circumstances:
to, or from, your place of employment
in the course of your employment
to, or from, the education institution you attend
to get medical treatment for yourself or a family member.
OR
The only car reasonably available for you to drive is a high-powered (performance) vehicle and at least one of the following circumstances applies:
it was owned by you on 30 June 2007 and is still owned by you
it is owned or leased by a member of your immediate family
it is in the possession of an immediate family member provided under an employment or salary package.
AND
B. There is no other transport reasonably available to you.
AND
C. Refusal to issue the certificate of exemption will cause severe hardship.
Your traffic history will also be taken into consideration if you are applying for an exemption on this basis.
For the purposes of a high-powered (performance) vehicle exemption an immediate family member is your spouse (includes a defacto partner), your parent or step parent, your grandparent or spouse of a grandparent, or your approved carer or guardian.
Further details of the definition of an immediate family member can be found in section 71 of the Transport Operations (Road Use Management — Driver Licensing) Regulation 2010.

Surreal!
Truly!
I'm pretty amazed because watching him on court, he has this maturity and never loses his cool with his opponent... this seems like the total opposite of how I thought he was.
Now I think he's a tosser.

Re: Bernard Tomic Hoon or Hero?
I recall last year reading a news article showing the high number of juniors being disciplined by Tennis Australia for their on and off court behaviour. If I recall correctly Tomic was in that list. I don't know what part of their training is turning them into brats, but it certainly does seem to be happening a lot.
I don't think Hewitt is as bad as he used to be, but in his day he was the worst behaved player on the circuit in my opinion.

He's young, he's been recently successful, he has money ... it must be hard to keep your feet on the ground. Maybe he lacks the right people around him.
No excuse for driving an orange bimmer though
