right............


i've got a 15 minute oral presentation to do on someone who has contributed to australian society.... we were given a list of names to choose from and the only one i recognised was Barry humphries...

so other than dame edna what has he contributed to aus society???

anyone????

got a fair whack of info....... but not entirely sure what his contribution/s would be classed as...

obviously it's to the arts.... but has he also raised australia's profile internationally?... has he drawn attention to the mind set of australian suburbia?....

just seeing if anyone can think of a different contribution other than the satirical humour of dame edna!

Well when I was a kid, I associated Australia with him and Rolf Harris.

Don't know if that was a good thing though :scared:
