Talking Australia's cricketing prowess

Australia hit a new low in cricket, ranked below Ireland in T20 rankings.

But a shame that they did better in Rugby, I have to provide the afternoon tea cakes on Monday due to a lost bet

I was there last night. I'm choosing another sport to follow after watching that shower of shite.

Well done to Australia, they totally deserved to win.

Why is it the press seem to avoid pointing the finger at the real problem - the cr*p Australian cricketers ?

In this write up of their loss to Pakistan, they still say
Michael Clarke may have struggled to make an impact as a batsman in T20 cricket, but at least the team played well under him.
Wakey Wakey ! - The Australian team lose because they can't play for toffee. The only way you fix that is by recognising they are cr*p and replacing the players.

Fortunately for them, T20 is not cricket (or cricket for people who don't like cricket).

In real cricket they remain No.3.

I like both test cricket and T20 for a laugh. I also like the one day matches- you get to see all sorts of techniques, and it is good to watch as part of the crowd.

Baseball is a silly game- give me rounders any day: no cheerleaders and constant breaks.

You are absolutely right but that is the press. What I don't understand is why Australia just hang on to players who can no longer play. Mitchell Johnson and Ricky Ponting are classic example and then they put the run machine Katich into cricketing exile. The ACB needs a complete clear out.

It's funny how teams can be so good for so long then just fade. The great West Indies team, then Australia. Who's Next? I thought India might have dominated but it wasn't to be. England had a chance but it looks like they are going to fluff that opportunity
