Ok peeps this is the opposite to the grievance list.

1.Fresh air
2.lovely beaches
3.great roads
4.great public transport system
5.excellent local services
6.clean
7.child friendly environment
8.the wearing of shorts
9.no shoes required
in no paticular order just personal observations/thoughts;)

All this sounds like where I lived in England.

Certainly doesn't sound like Brisbane

1) Huge sky
2) Fantastic sailing - especially the Whitsundays at whale migration time
3) Brilliant and varied wildlife
4) Beaches
5) People are generally friendly and easy going
