Rodger Lawson doesn't sound like a very Indian name. Did you ever work in a call center?

To the OP, lots of people! Are you having a particular problem in a particular place, that people may respond more appropriately?

BE is the kind of forum which welcomes peole of all nationalities. We don't encourage threads to be split into "who is from where"; the majority of us are migrants from other nations, and the remainder are Australians who have made us welcome.
So, to the OP - if you have a problem, I would like to think we will all try and help you out

Hey, I'm a bloke! What is the 'My Lady' stuff. Thats Mrs JTL, she just hijacked my account about 4 years ago and called me female in the profile.

No I've no problem with Indians posting on here, it was a geniune question, asked in a humorous way (hopefully). Is there not a similar site for Indians wanting to migrate to Australia?

There was one which closed a few months ago - many of the posters from there ended up on BE

Yea Pollyana, I remember. You are talking about ASA webiste correct. But why that got closed - heard the agents filed a lawsuit against them
Also, there are some websites but none of them is as dynamic and vibrant as BE

@JTL,
My sincere apologies, Your Highness. I just went by that symbol next to your name

I'll be honest, I don't know what the original website was called. or why it was closed. I just know that BE acquired a lot of new posters as a result.

How about a forum on BE set aside for the Indian posters where they could perhaps use a language other than the BE regulation English?

This is a very good idea. I will too put this request to the Mods considering the surge in Indian members. There are many issues which are related to Indian context only like PCC,bank account transfer, legal letters, etc.. So such a subforum will help classifying and isolating such threads
