Anyone fed up with Oz
Just wondering if everyone is happy in Oz or whether there are some who want to go back to the UK - for what ever the reason?

Fed up with the everyday sunshine.
Fed up with the happy / positive attitude.
Fed up with going to more places, each better than the next.
Fed up with "feeling" safe.
Fed up trying to fit in the social life.
Fed up walking on the beach, seeing the yaghts go by.
Fed up with meeting friends for BBQ Sunday breakfast at the beach.

Well, firstly welcome to the forum
And secondly...no, I'm not fed-up in the slightest.
Been here just over a year and having a ball
We have both got good jobs, we love the attitude of people, live in a great area, love the diversity of Melbourne/Victoria.
We'd never move back to the UK....hadn't wanted to be there for at least 5 years before we left......it was just a toss-up whether to migrate to NE America (where we'd travelled around), or try Aus (where we'd never been to)
Aus won the toss....and haven't regretted for a second...nor felt homesick.
