Talking Anyone else like the "National Tiles" advert?

Anyone?

My kids think it's a hoot and we actually turn it UP when it comes on the radio and have a big larf.

(because it's soooo bad)

Indeed! I usually do the same when on my own in the car.

No doubt some clever person will come along and say it's a brilliant masterpiece of marketing because it has caused you to remember it.

I actively turn over the radio station as soon as it comes on and vow never to step foot into a National Tiles store for as long as I live. Brilliant marketing - not.

It's crap and it's most definitely not a masterpiece of marketing because I thought it was National Tyres. Only found out otherwise when I mentioned it and someone posted the link.

I really, really thought the guy was putting on the accentuated voice but realised after a short while that he wasn't.

In all fairness he sounds like a complete cock and add to that the fact that he's actually a bigger cock for not realising that he was a smaller cock for doing the voice in the first place.

Frank Walker isn't it?

Actually there's another one I despise. I absolutely hate going into a shop knowing that if you paid the ticket price you are a mug so are always left wondering if the fat salesman (who usually has just had a smoke and breathes at you) actually gave you a decent deal.

I once went in there and decided I could not be arsed to haggle. So went to an internet site and found the best price for the item online. I then photo shopped the price with an extra $100 off and gave them the print out and said "match it". They did.

I might go to hell, but I'll be a $100 richer there. It's just too much effort to shop there. The crap adverts are just the icing on the cake of the overall experience.

Go Harvery Norman, Go. I could tell them where....
