Any good? EFT and TFT are similar, but not the same. They use similar tapping techniques but EFT includes aspects that TFT doesn't, and vice versa. Can't comment on the relative effectiveness. |

If you're interested in giving it a try I can put together a liitle pack and e-mail it down to you. The good (and slightly bizzare) thing about TFT is that once you know the technique (the pack will illustrate) you just do it yourself, you don't need anybody there with you.
