Any wordpress gurus

I have posts and pages. Is there any way to treat posts as pages, so you can categorise them but not, anywhere get the chronological ordering.

Instead you get static named "post pages" for them linked from a menu of categories

does that even make sense?

I am still trying to work out what you want to do.....

I have a few Wordpress sites myself, I may be able to help...

Re: Any wordpress gurus

so I have hundreds of articles. I want to create a library searchable by topic or context

so categories fits the bill, posts fit in categories and can have tags.

But I dont want chronological ordering and I want static page names (http://www.naturalvetcompany.com/pet...opic-name.html) or similar (just like you have with pages)

Then I want these to autopopulate a drop down menu of categories (http://naturalvetcompany.com/pet-health-articles/) - you can see I have added all the categories but no content as yet. The categories are in the menus on the dark grey bar - second down

This site is unfinished, I am slowly getting there but it takes forever as I do it in between everything else

Thanks ABC!
Viv
