I am heading out in november to do a reccie and a couple of interviews with Civil Engineering contractors in Brisbane and Perth. I am an Engineer

Is there any Civil contractors out there with high staff turnover rates or excessive hours etc that I should stay clear of ?

I am aware of Fly in Fly out arrangements and all that, its more the culture of the organisations i am interested in really as i don't want to sign up to a bad company on the other side of the world
