Another snake - what is it?

This little creature appeared this afternoon. Only 30-40cm long so probably a young one. Best guess - Eastern small-eyed snake. Deffo not a red-bellied black.

I think I'd prefer those. If our little one was what I think it was, it is highly venomous :eek: And it has found a hole under the gravel outside our bedroom window to shelter in. :unsure:

I think it is a small eyed snake - had one exactly the same in the house a couple of years ago, looked it up online and small eyed snake was the best match I could see
