Ah mate....I think you misunderstand the reason for my posting all this. I am by no means weak as you suggest. I post this ridiculous run of crap on here and use humour to marginalise it. Once I have written it down and it is made fun of, it loses it's power to affect me in the same way.
As for the physical fitness, at the moment with diminished lung capacity, fatigue and a burning liver, there is only so far I can go with this. I have walked the dog twice today and had a short run on my bike. I will step this up in due course.
I appreciate your sentiments mate, and your offer, but you're going to piss me off with the "no balls" cracks, stick to the "fatty" gibes, at least they are accurate just now
Got that off my chest, lets get on with the craic!

Its an arthritic thing, but knowing a nurse does have its advantages, stopped me thinking I was destined for the knackers yard

Had some news that has made me quite sad. My old Dad, 88 this year is giving up the computer because he can't read the screen and has lost patience with it. He is virtually deaf and this was my only means of communicating with him.
I'll have to start writing letters in big capitals.

Maybe you could leave a couple of super flow on your old desk - to absorb all the sh** that seems to flow in your office.
