Singapore does Indian Vegetarian it claims is strict enough for Jain. I order it as it copes better with my food intolerances than most of the allergy meals.

If not take your own food on board - you are not missing much anyway!

And make sure you declare the contents of your stomach to at customs. You must declare all food brought into Australia.

Singapore Airlines has the best and most flexible food choices - highly preferred.

Air NZ and Qantas - food quality not so good at times.
