Good luck. Sod's law your new AP person will disappear after you've paid the agency an $8K placement fee. 
..and the replacement guarantees that these agencies offer are worthless seeing there just isn't anyone suitable around
My next job will be in a bigger company where staffing issues are dealt with by a dedicated HR department.
