Our visa application went in approx9 years ago. Daughter Amy refused to come - demanded her name be taken from the visa application. She still had to go through the medical even though she didn't intend to join us.

The day I thought would come (albeit a long a wait) has arrived.

She now wants to move to Oz!

She has not stopped going onabout this since day 2 or arrivng here. She says she is determined to come back here to live.

So we have began looking at the only visa I think is applicable to her (subclass 101) and we are reading as much info as possbile. I have posted a thread in the immigration/visa site on BE hoping to get more info.

I don't think this is going to be easy by any means and I have tried to prepare her for the fact that she may have left it too late.

I wondered if anyone else has experienced something similar and can they share their story?
