Try 3 months on the market and only 2 viewers, we've changed agents and knocked 5k off the price.:curse:

We have been on 3 months 4 viewings now dropped the price 25K need to get it sold as I have job in OZ to go to.

We were on the market for about three months if memory serves me - and we dropped about 20k in price (stupidly high initial valuation).

Just over 3 months on the market, dropped by 20k, had 7 viewers.

Spent 400.00 pounds on newspaper ads this weekend to generate some interests.

Not even a bloody phone call. :mad:

Nearly 3 years on the market - we have knocked £160K off of the price - no more than 15 viewers - one pathetic offer!

I think its cos my parents were swamped when they sold there house in Billericay - Im hoping someone will buy it and rent it out straight away its only a 1 bed flat!

I thought the housing market was bouyant in the UK. Prices still rising, supply can't meet demand and all that. Or is it just the banks trying to keep everyone buying?
