What car would you have?
Best customer service?
Least depreciation?
I've a few mind- Toyota Rav4
Mazda 3
Nissan Dualis
Toyota Corlla Levin
Mitsubishi Lancer
Hyundai i30 or Tuscan
Kia sportage
Suzuki Vitara or SX4

Any thoughts guys?
(just 2 of us,no ankle biters)

CHEERS
From the above I'd be having a proper look at the Hyundai i30. Gets good reviews, comes with an unlimited five year warranty (I think) plus is available in a very frugal turbo diesel, which might come in handy when crude tops $200 a barrel.

Alternatively, get something you can stick an lpg tank in, currently around 70 cents a litre. You can get a government rebate so it pays for itself within a very short time period.

Not on the list, but we had a Honda Jazz in the UK and it was fantastic. 50 mpg with loads of space and a fairly flexible seating arrangement. Should have bought one when we moved here a year ago, but went with the locals and bought a 3.5 litre V6, since which petrol has gone up 40%.

If you do a search on '7 seaters' you'll find a good long thread about on the topic.

I have a Mazda 2 and a Toyota Yaris Sedan, both very good. I love the Mazda. Mazda 3's very popular and great resale.

Golfs are always popular.
