Wedding help in Barbados!

My mother is getting married at the Bagatelle Greathouse (is anyone familiar) towards the end of the summer. I need a really good baker in the St. James area who can make a fabulous wedding cake. Does anyone know of one or two or three?!??!

I would start with Bagatelle and get their recommendations first, with the heat at that time of the year it seems like the assembly/decoration of the cake would have to be done on the premises-- it is just sooooo hot then, I can't imagiine anyone transporting a decorated wedding cake.

Wow. I hadn't even thought about that. Very good advice. Will let you know if I need a plan B.

Hi there,

I know of Flindt patisserie http://www.flindtbarbados.com/ who may well make wedding cakes too, I know their other cakes are fabulous!
