Coming over to barbados in November , planning to stay in the south coast does anybody know any good social groups?

As always I am going to pushe this... barbadoshash.com We are a drinking club with a running problem. All ages and abilities, great mix of ages and social groups..locals and ex-pats... come along for the run/walk and stay for the lime..
