wouldn't do what you are wanting to.. as in pulling the money out and taking it back.. you will likely be stopped at the airport. A wire transfer or bank draft etc.. but you still are going to have to go through the Central Bank to change the Barbados money to GBP..
My suggestion would be to speak with a lawyer.. I'm sure there are better legal ways of doing it even with the 100,000.00 per year cap.. and that cap MIGHT only apply to Barbadians.. however.. I'm not a lawyer or a banker.. soo.. go the legal route.. it's the only way..

I would also check with a British lawyer/accountant. While there is no Inheritance Tax in Barbados, you may be liable for Capital Gains Tax in the UK. I'd make sure of your position first if I were you. Good luck!

Not very good with computers and not used to this forum posting and now I've deleted my message!
I actually thought that when you withdraw monies from your UK bank account, you could do this anywhere.
I'll take legal advice here in the UK and Barbados and go from there.
