Does anyone know the cost of having a structural survey on a property please?

Hi, I believe it depends on the value of the property we had one done last year Purchase Price Bd$500k valuation Bd$2100 and this was only a very basic survey!

I would suggest emailing a couple of local surveyors PCS which is part of Altman's Real Estate Agents even Terra Caribbean and ask them for a quote. PCS were very efficient!

Structural survey is assessing the soundness of the building before a potential sale; Different from land survey. For commercial properties, my company got a certified engineer to do assessment along with our own internal engineering group under asset management.
