Default Studying in Barbados

Does anyone know if I am able to work in Barbados if I am studying on a student visa?

I would highly, highly recommend that before you make another move that you contact the people at the above address. They, honestly, are going to be the only ones who can tell you the answer to this (unforatunately you might get more than one answer but at least you called/faxed or e-mailed them). keep records of the names of the people that you speak with or e-mail for your own records.

good luck.

I would second that...and until you have the work visa in your hand there is no definitive answer, assume that you can't work. I would also contact the Uni and see if there are provisions for work study for students, they may be more helpful. Good luck!
