There's a gym at Warrens.

The closest bet for a gym would be World Gym in Warrens. Also could try Surfside in Wildey. As for sporting activities for the kids, there are lots of clubs offering Karate, Tennis, Squash and swimming. Sailing through the Barbados Yatch Club. I am not sure if there is single source of information, but you could start with the National Sports Council (430-7700) or Division of Youth Affairs and Sport (430-2795). Your best bet, however, would be to get in contact with other families in Barbados and take advice from them.
