I am interested in what everyone did for a living prior to relocating to Barbados or what type of employment will you give up prior to relocation?

What did you tell your employer? Bye?!

I'm also interested in how easy or hard was it to leave the job... and how long prior to leaving for Bim did you quit your employment?

I am looking to leave a pretty secure, long-term position that I am actually quite happy with in the near future to "come Home". I'd like some insight in how everyone else did it.
