New property snagging
 

Hi

Our property may be finished and furnished some weeks before we can arrive.

I am sure there will be some snagging to do. Would you advise us to have a house keeper on a daily basis until we arrive and is it necessary to have someone go into the property each day to open it up and air it ?

I would say.. not necessarily.. but.. it does depend on where it is.. I'd want someone just to come, have a look around .. make sure the doors and windows are locked etc.. and then maybe the day you arrive, have someone come and open it up to air it out.. and possibly stay till you get their..

The question will be.. you need someone you can trust, which you may not have at the moment. Who's furnishing it.. and with what?? things you have shipped?? you maybe could get the person who is building the house our doing the furnishing placement to do this for you.. an extra cost .. but might be worth it.
