Not an ex-pat group but you can do worse than try the Hash House Harriers - BH3 :: On In :: The Barbados Hash House Harriers - a drinking club with a running problem.. Mixed ex-pats/locals of all ages and abilities... Come for the run and stay for the social..

The Cruising Club runs a quiz on Wednesday, starts a 8pm... always a good laugh.....

Marco Polos near the Crane Hotel entrance in St. Philip is run by some British expats and attracts friendly clientele, as does Cutters just along the road from there.

At the risk of repeating myself, and boring people lol, I would recommend the Hash House Harriers.... see post above for the website.....
