Hi, looking for good food at great prices, not interested in high end.....restaurants as well as supermarkets.... Thanks

The best way to get good prices is to go local. For example, buy vegatables and fruits in season from the stalls you see in the markets near Oistins or other places, ask for local produce. Get great fish at the fishmarket and for an extra few BDS they will clean and fillet for you. Only go to supermarket for dry goods like sugar and toiletries. Hope this helps. Also find the small rum shops and bars where you can get a great rum punch and ask if they have food or where they recommend for local food.
