Re: Moving To Barbados

I have heard LOTS of great things about Blossoms recently, I know quite a few people who send their children there. It seems very flexible with the hours you can do and also you can pay by the day too....

just make sure that you do not expect too much - the best on the island will probably be suzuki / mistusbishi / toyota since i believe parts are easy to come by (someone may want to validate). i understand fords and minis do not hold out too well and the honda dealer does not seem like a very service focussed dealer (again someone may want to validate this statement)

Many Thanks for this info. I shall have a look.

i am not too good with addresses here - i stay at Warrens Heights (St Thomas) and its a five minute drive for us - we hit the highway (HW 1 i believe) and turn left at the shell petrol pump

they are very flexible - only school or full day / day-care. teachers are really nice (as the post by tfinteriors said teachers make a world of difference); my little one settled down better than we expected (very difficult time for her - new country, new school and very shy)

a few people gave us positive feedback so we tried the pre-school and are glad we did
