Medical Insurance - help??
Hi,
We are moving to Barbados end of August and will need to get some sort of medical insurance. We are planning to buy property to live on the island but my husband will still work offshore - meaning we're not residents.
We have 2 young kids so knowing we can access medical treatment is important to me. Can anyone tell me what they are doing, i.e. best and most economical way of organising cover? I know it won't be cheap, so any recommendations would be very welcome please!
Oh, and if anyone knows a nice furnished house to rent we need to sort that too!
