Lions on TV
I'm going to be visiting Barbados (from Belize) during the 3rd Test for the Lions vs Springboks (Sat July 4th) and would like to watch the game live in a pub/bar somewhere with other Brits. I am going to be in the St James area, but am able to travel within a reasonable distance to a good venue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
Re: Lions on TV
Sir Jasper,
Berts Bar in Hastings is showojgn all of the rugby, it is a $20 entrance fee but is always a good atmosphere in there for the rugby. I think this is the only place showing it on the island as it comes via Setanta Pay Per View. Chris |
Re: Lions on TV
Surf Side in Holetown will show football matches so guess they may also show other sports.

Re: Lions on TV
Bubba's on the south coast also shows many sporting events.

Re: Lions on TV
FYI, I ended up going to Surf Side just South of Hole Town. Since I didn't leave until after sunset, just by the fact that I was there for about 12 hours indicated that a good time was had by myself, although I can't guarantee that the people I was speaking to at the end thought the same!! Apologies offered.
Oh yes, and the rugby was brilliant as well. |
