I've had an offer to purchase my villa but myself and my realtor think the offer is too low.

We're entering into negotiations but it seems real slow and I feel like asking for the clients phone number to negotiate with her myself LOL.

How long does it usually take to negotiate?

15 years ago we put in an offer to purchase the house we know own in June. We didn't move in until September that year and it wasn't official until maybe the end of Sept, Early October. NOW. let me say that.. the lawyer for the seller went off to the south of France for his normal 6 week holiday in August.. so this was part of the holdup... . that was 15 years ago.. you would like to think it would take a shorter time than that now.. and it might.. soo hopefully someone else will chime in about this matter..
