House search in St George
 

We're looking for a long term rental in St George-ish area or anywhere a short drive from St George, and I know the forum has strict rules on sales/advertising. So I've put the ad in the Classifieds section :)

don't have one to rent, but St. George is a pretty big (in the scheme of things) Parish.. so it depends on if you have a specific area or if it's to be close to work or school etc. This may make a difference. I live in St. George (on the Gun Hill side) and just driving around, I can't say as there are tons of places for rent, but there could be (just no signs out). Have a look at cariblist.com (I hope this is ok with the mods) and see if you find anything. it's a general list with several real estate agents listings.

I used that advice to look for long term rentals and it really is the case of having a look on there and finding a place that is suitable for location versus cash out lay and the x factor of would you wish to live there.

Good luck with search and if you wouldn't mind could you let me know how it goes as I will be coming over to do the very same thing in April
