Extension
Hi everyone!
Does anyone know if you have to still apply to immigration for extensions to stay when you are married to a Bajan and have applied for citizenship?
Thank you for your help!

Re: Extension
Yes, you do. I have to keep going every 6 months to get my extension. However, I was told at immigration at the airport, that I do not need to book a 6 month ticket each time as I have applied for citizenship. I dont want to risk it though, so still continue to book 6 months at a time.

Re: Extension
Just remembered - if you have 'reside and work', you will not have to get extensions as this allows you to live and work here for up to 3 years I think. If you have only got a citizenship application going through though, you will need to keep getting the extensions

Thanks very much for the info. Just out of curiosity what did you put for the reason for your extensions? Thanks once again!

Re: Extension
I had just said that we were getting married. They wanted to interview me and my husband seperatly, but it was fine. Now I have reside and work, I dont think I need to get extensions
