Default Considering Living in Barbados

Hello everyone.
We are considering moving to Barbados, and were wondering if anyone has recently moved there with children of school age. Their choice of "nice" areas, good schools (and names), costs, how to get residency, buy or rent property(and estate agents), getting a job or setting up a business, if there is crime, health care, entry requirements, Barbadian (if that is the right word) hospitality, weather and climate etc etc etc. I also need to find out if there are local cricket teams as my husband is an avid cricketer at a pretty decent level, not village cricket!!! Where the nicest grounds are and then the "best" places to live (considering the best school for a 6yr old girl!) in relation to the grounds. Not asking much , huh?!!!!
I would really appreciate any help with this move. Its the biggest decision we have ever made and really want to get it right 1st time.
Thankyou so much
