Hi there - I am British by birth but have had Barbados citizenship by marriage since 1980. I lived in Barbados for 17 years but have been back in the UK for the last 13. Sadly the marriage failed but I long to move back to Barbados with my present husband who is British (my son still lives and was born in Barbados). Can anyone help me please with any information on the likelihood of my husband getting residency/citizenship (anything!) in Barbados now? He need not necessarily work as I can work legally there but we dont want to make the move and then be heartbroken to have to leave again.. thank you for any help that you can give.
