Build or Buy?
Hi again
Another question - which would be better?
We are leaning towards the idea of building but not sure has had anyone had experience of the building trades? Are they as laid back as the rest of the island?
If we do build then we will have to rent during the build or maybe delay moving out which method is recommended

I would say if you do build you need to be on the island to supervise the work every step of the way... Don't even attampt to do it from over seas.
Where would you be looking to build if you did?
