Default Britain/B'dos swapping heads of government??

Is this a heads of government swap or what? =)

This is the second time this has happened, the first time was during the last flight of the Concorde plane to Barbados. During that time the Blairs were in Barbados and the Barbados P.M. left and flew on the plane to England.
