Please can anyone tell or advise me, I am not satisfied with the way a case has been progressing for the past 5 years in Barbados and still after 5 years there is still no closure. The case has past through 3 lawyers hands. Why and what are they afraid of? They seem to protect each other and you read so many incidences occuring that does not look very good on the legal system of Barbados.

Is it possible to have a lawyer in the UK represent me with the case in Barbados? I know it will cost but will the Barbados legal system allow for a UK lawyer to interfere in Barbados.

How much longer can I endure the wait?
