Any walkers or runners in Hastings/Rockley area?
 

Morning all, I'm trying to maintain a fitness regime - really enjoy running but I have a knee problem so I try to mix it up with walking. I'm usually happy to exercise alone but would appreciate company sometimes. Is there anyone in the Hastings/Accra Beach area who would also like some company on their morning or evening walks/runs? If so, would love to hear from you.:)
