edited to add - have just seen the rest of this thread (was not logged in when I read it) and am also appalled you think it is ok to just arrive in a country and have a baby in order to gain citizenship. Astounding.
It is unlikely the airport will grant you entry (even if you manage to fly in the late stages of pregnancy) and will possibly deport your wife as you arrive.

Lol let him come and try - if they wanna waste their money and go through the trials of tribulations of even getting through immigration their lessons will be learnt well and truly and their pockets hit hard - my question is (and it might be naive as dont have children) but since when do you order up a caesarian like its a takeaway?
I think they have already changed the law that unless one parent has permanent status in Barbados then the child is not a citizen I have a feeling that happened in january - not sure why i think that

I think this guy's a wind-up merchant, to be honest (sorry mods, not trying to be offensive). Why would someone come on to a forum where we all talk at such length about how to stay in Barbados ethically and legitimately, then start a thread about manipulating the system to obtain citizenship for an unborn child? Perhaps I'm wrong, but I think our chains are being yanked...
