Of course, I hope there were good reasons for these things and this isn't 'standard practice'. Certainly others have spoken affectionately or positively about their experiences at the hospital so I'd hope it was just a case of things going wrong for you......

Then again, others are quick to point out repeated failings, so who knows? :/
