Hope you can convince him as a cruise is a wonderful way to travel. Lots to do on the ship like a big floating hotel. Unpack once, see many Countries on one trip. Just book it then tell him he's going :lol: My hubby never really wanted to cruise but now he loves it.

I think it's partly the British loving to moan and partly insecurity. When people asked me 'why did you come back?' I'd say 'because it's brilliant here - so much better than America' and almost always, people would break out into a smile and say something like 'yeah, it's not bad is it?'

After being here a while, you find it washes over you and you even find yourself having a bit of a moan yourself :lol: The other day, someone said to me 'isn't it a lovely day?' and I said 'yes, but it's going to be RUBBISH tomorrow.' Couldn't catch myself before it came out of my mouth. Hee!
