And that is what really counts....I really do not know how people tick when they want to burst someones bubble just because it does not work etc for them....basically people like that are just not nice. We get woken up most mornings with the Sheep or the Cows making their sounds and downwind some days.....well you can imagine....but its lovely where we live but some of my inlaws think (and say) very differently lol...

Not here - we were burgled in the place with the cheaper car insurance. That's what I mean - nuts!

The ASBO here was given to an eccentric old woman who smeared goat feces on a neighbor's car after an argument. I'm not even kidding.

Update to the burglary story btw - the police were fantastic, the guys were caught within a few weeks, and they're now each serving 4 years. They must be so annoyed that we didn't even have anything worth stealing :rofl:

Exactly. There are a huge number of places where traffic isnt an issue, crime isnt a problem, people are friendly etc.

Not in places of high employment there isn't, and that is exactly why the UK is the most congested nation in Europe.

I doubt that anyone... would deny that there are some nice places in the UK, and actually one does not need to be rich/comfortably off, to live in so very many of them.
