ACRO or Subject Access for Spanish Citizenship
Hello,
I would deeply appreciate if someone could guide me whether I need an Acro Police Cert or a Subject Access to apply for Spanish Citizenship?

Not for residency (at least not for EU citizens) but yes for citizenship - a police certificate from your country of origen is needed. I'm not sure whether they'd also ask for certifictes from any other countries you've lived in - that isn't specified on the main page but might depend on circumstances

An ACRO Police Certificate I suspect. A SAR would only be useful if you have any stepped-down convictions.
